“Loved it all!” My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation this summer, and the main reason is because of where we stayed! Everthing was fantastic! “Absolutely the best place to stay” I have spent more that one vacation in Playa Del Carmen and this is my second trip to Casa Cascada. In July of last year we went down to swim with the whale sharks. We had an incredible experience in which the owner of the home was able to assist us in booking the trip. Swimming with the whale sharks and then enjoying a relaxing evening by the pool was magical. The home, grounds, amenities, views!! are all spectacular. Our recent trip down was no exception. Very well kept and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a jewell worth experiencing!

“Great Vacation at Villa Ka Kuxta” Villa Ka Kukta was a little paradise for all my family 5 adults and 7 children.We all had a wonderful time. Akumal is a wonderful place to stay, the villa is in a secluded location and we really appreciated that. Akumal Playa and Village are very nice, we enjoyed the restaurants and the boutiques there. It is easy to visit some of the Maya sites: we went to Tulum, Koba and Chichen Itza. We enjoyed Christmas Mass in Chemuyil, people there were very friendly, in fact all mexicans are really very nice. The management and staff at the villa were perfect, they cooked nice dinners for us and did everything they could to make our stay pleasurable. We were sad to leave and sorry we could not stay longer (the trip from France is quite long and tiresome, but my son and son-in-law had to go back to work, a week is too short...) All of us will keep wonderful memories of this awsome place and we wish you a great 2103.

“In a nutshell, perfect!” We loved staying at La Mirage. It was quiet, welcoming, safe, well maintained and immaculate. Staff was helpful and accommodating, and owner was very responsive and patient with my questions. Booking was a breeze and everything was just as we agreed to--no surprises. The location was great, and we took full advantage of snorkeling right at our doorstep. Great eateries next door and within a short walk. The place had lots of lovely Mexican charm. Very relaxing. We can't wait to go back!

“Casa Mulder” We loved Puerto Morelos, found the staff @Abbey Del Sol very professional and attentive. We give the staff 5 stars. Casa Mulder could use some attention. Dishwasher never worked and was not repairable although the staff tried. Furniture was not especially comfortable and the kitchen did not have a skillet that was non stick. Beds were comfortable showers had issues such as no hot water until the staff addressed. Property is for sale and it appears to be in need of some upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the village shopes, restaurants and people to be very friendly, a pleasure to visit. The reef is pristine and well worth taking one of the local guides for a visit. We used Wet Set and found them very friendly and helpful. Our favorite place to eat was John Greys Kitchen. We enjoyed several local restaurants, however John Greys was several cuts above the rest. We will return to Puerto Morelos and stay with Abbey Del Sol but probably use one of the other properties.

“wonderful as always” Luna azul is a special place located on a special beach, where the turtles swim right up to your front door. One day we saw 11 of them while snorkelling. The local restaurants (Buena Vida and Lunita) are not supplemented by a new discovery in the local town called La Ultima Maya.

“We had a wonderful time in Mexico and villa areccife played a bi” We stayed at the villa areccife for a week in November of 2012. I am not a resort fan therefore we've rented a lot of houses in different places. And this is one of the best. It is a new, modern, well-appointed, well-equipped house. It had everything we needed. It is located in the residential part of the resort. When we stayed there only a few houses were built making the villa private and quite place. The villa staff is very nice and helpful. On our arrival despite the late hours (around 8PM) we were greeted by alex Estrella a villa manager, who also works at the resort. When we arrived at the Cancun airport late afternoon even though I reserved a car at Herz, thinking it is a respectable car rental company, there were no cars available. We had to take a taxi to the villa. Next morning alex drove my husband to a car rental place. Whenever we had problems with the villa alex was always available to deal with them. The housekeeper Diana was at the villa every day (even on Sunday) making it sparkling clean. We had a wonderful time in Mexico and villa areccife played a big role in it.

“Wonderful place to stay.” Enjoyed my two month stay at Robert's condo. He was very helpful and made sure everything went well for me. Condo was very clean and well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Also available was beach chairs and umbrella. It also has a deck area with table and chairs which was nice to enjoy morning breakfast. Convient stores near by for snacks and necessities. Everyone there made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation.

“Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... “Fabulous vacation.” Spent a week at the perfect getaway spot! The condo was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with every convenience you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the door, the beach 2 minutes away,and restaurants and shopping on Fifth avenue just 2 blocks away. We were met at the airport by the hosts and driven to the condo, as well as transported to Tulum and other sites and favorite local places to eat for a considerable savings to us . . . more money left to spend on Fifth avenue! I have recommended Casa Segobiano to three different groups who were also very pleased with their trip.
