“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. We had the best holiday, largely due to the fact that out accommodation was worry free and great for the quiet days. Thanks to all involved and will definitely be coming again. “Perfect Place and Location” We recently returned from a weekend bachelor party with 20 people. I can't speak highly enough of the place, location,and Nancy. We could walk to Shady Gators or H. Toads. We had plenty of room for everyone to hang out, play games, relax and enjoy. There is even a nice yard with a fire pit for relaxing around. Nancy was very accomidating and arranged a full breakfast buffet for us at Mommas Market at MM5.5 which was very good and a great start to the day for the party. I am excited to book this place again next year for sure!

“Home away from Home” Traveled with my children and grandchildren for a Disney family vacation and this home was very warm and inviting for everyone. The pool was a huge plus for the grandchildren after a long day at the parks. Working with the owners for over a year prior to our arrival was a pleasure. They were so accommodating when an unexpected medical issue forced me to be hospitalized and Mike was able to let my son and grandson get in a day early to get ready for the rest of the family. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is travelling to the Clermont area.

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. “Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Fantastic!” This villa was a great place to stay! Close to Disney parks! You do need a car to get around but everything you need is within a short driving distance. It was awesome! The home itself was clean and well maintained. It was great having a private pool to come back to after we went to the park. We would stay again!

“Great house for my large family!” The house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all (my husband and me, 4 daughters, 4 son-in-laws, and 4 young grandchildren). Nice kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and backyard deck with grill. Located near Lake Travis and shopping areas. The pool/playground was within walking distance. Owner was so helpful and responded timely. This was the perfect alternative to a hotel. We could all be together. If you have small children you may wish to block the stairs at bottom and top. A large drawback for us was the parking. We were in 6 cars and only 3 cars allowed in driveway at any time.

“Truly Amazing” Storytellers the most amazing place to stay. I will definitely return. The owner was always prompt on responding to emails and went above and beyond helping us with our stay. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the cinema, and spa during our stay. We had absolutely no problems with our stay at Storytellers. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the Frozen Room and didn't want to come home. The house is so inviting and beautiful. This house is a must if you are planning a trip to Kissimmee area.

“Excellent location and all the comforts of home.” Condo was within walking distance of a Winn Dixie grocery store, Fridays, Cracker Barrel, and Outback. The community pool and hot tub were excellent. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only negatives were the fact that we were a little disappointed that the ice maker didn't work and definitely dismayed by the fact that the smoke alarms were disconnected. We also had some periodic problems with the cable TV and wi-fi. Those are the things that caused a very good rating instead of an excellent rating. But other than those we would highly recommend the place and definitely stay again, especially if the smoke alarms are fixed.
