“Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. Our dogs loved the trails right outside the back door. What we enjoyed the most was the privacy and how quiet the area was. We definitely will go back! Thank you for having us... “Fantastic weekend in lake arrowhead!” We had a wonderful time in arrowhead at this cabin with a group of friends. The house was huge, in wonderful shape, and the owners were on call as soon as we got there for any questions. The only issue we had was that the ipod hookup didn't work, but the owners were very attentive in helping us configure a different music system. Overall, awesome. Bring your own ipod speakers, and if it is snowing bring tire chains or they won't let you drive up (we had a few guests who got stuck). We would 100% go back to this house! Perfect weekend!

“Great place to escape the city for a few days” Having grown up in the country it's nice to know that a place like the Idyllcreek cabin is just a couple hours away from my now home, Los angeles. Though not completely separated from civilization, the cabin offers a great place to disappear from life for a few days with friends and loved ones. Plenty of fire wood, up to date amenities, and a secluded but safe atmosphere made my stay perfect and one that I would like to repeat.

“Cozy cabin fun” Loved this place super clean and comfy! The cozy cottage exceeded my expectations by far the best place to stay and very homey.Mary Ann is right on the ball with speedy email responses and clear instructions in where everything is located. Can’t wait to go back!

“Wonderful Place” We went as a family in the beginning of summer for a few days away. Everything was as described. The dining area was perfect to fit all of us together for a family dinner. The deck is perfect to sit and relax with a great view of lake. Everything you need for a BBQ was provided. The living room has a large fireplace , which we used even in the summer! The dock was a little bit of a walk, but well worth it. It is right on the lake with a table to sit and enjoy the lake. The owner was very accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely rent the place again! Very reasonable for a home so close to lake.

“Charming, Cozy, Romantic Getaway!” My husband and I loved our stay in Idyllwild. Boulder Creek Cottage was cozy and beautifully decorated. The home was very clean and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. They even provided coffee, which we forgot to bring with us. The location was beautiful and private yet only 2 minutes to town. The large deck was perfect for relaxing; Bbq's and star gazing at night. I can tell that the owner, Larry really takes great pride in this beautiful cottage. He was also very wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. “It's a very cozy and nice place. Owner is very responsible and r” My friends and I stayed at Kristina's place for a nice summer weekend getaway! The cabin was very clean and perfect for the five of us! Bedrooms provide privacy and the yard outside is very nice for hanging out! We rode bikes, played frisbee and enjoyed the picnic table while grilling. Kristina even has an extensive DVD collection to watch. Bathroom was remodeled and very nice. This cabin is a great place for friends and family to gather while in Big Bear! The lake is a very simple bike ride away. The house was close enough to town and easy to get to. We would definately come back again :)

“Fab place to stay for special family times!” The cabin was everything we could have wished for! We lived the location, so handy for all attractions. The hot tub was a definite favourite! Everything that could possibly be needed was provided. Definitely home from home!

“although our first, THE BEST cabin experience ever!!!” We went for the Labor Day weekend. My boyfriend, sister, 1 year old niece, and a friend couple. First of all we fell in love with the place as soon as we got there. Honestly, we all felt it looked way nicer than the photos we saw! Rich was great as well. When i was searching around to try to book cabins throughout Big Bear Lake, i honesty emailed almost 15 cabins to find out if we can stay for just 1 night, since our schedules only matched to stay Sunday night and leave and get back to LA on Monday. (1 cabin i booked before this one, the site had said it was ok for the 1 night stay and took out my money, but actually received a msg from the owner stating that she does not allow 1 night stays for the holidays. Out of the 15 cabins, only 2 cabins were ok with the 1 night stay.) He was very nice about it and took us in. Not to add, he is super fast on getting back with you. The amenities were all there, although we didn't use any since we brought them thinking it wouldn't be there, the rooms and bathroom, everything was super clean as well! There were an abundant amount of towels for all of us. We were very excited about the hot tub and bbq area as well! It was a very kid-friendly environment as well, as long as you keep an eye on them when going outside where the stairs were. The surrounding neighbors were quiet too, although I guess the house next door was starting construction and started their duties early in the morning. (we didn't mind it too much though.) The cleaning list is very long, so i would strongly suggest to use the option of paying $60 to cover that, which we did so we can relax longer :) Overall, we had the best experience with the beautiful stars at night and great cabin experience!! Thank you Rich!! We will definitely be coming back :)

“Great cabin” I have stayed at East of Paradise with my family for the past three years and we absolutely love it. It's become our home away from home. The cabin is not big, but it is very well maintained and the set up is perfect for small families like mine. We used to stay at hotels before but nothing compares to keeping everyone all under the same roof and be able to cook homemade meals. My daughter loves to play in the backyard, particularly in the play house. My husband and I love relaxing in the hot tub out back. The beds here are both queen. I have back problems but I always sleep confortably in both of these beds. I do wish the homeowner would offer inflatable beds, or sofa beds for the little ones. The kitchen has all the utensils we need to cook meals. My husband and I love cooking and we always take the opportunity here to make a delicious meal whenever we go. We have everything we need there. The cabin is far away enough from the downtown area and all the traffic, but close enough to get to the stores, and the playgrounds within a few minutes. We highly recommend this cabin.

“The perfect get away!” We were looking for a place to escape the city and found this perfect cabin in Lake arrowhead. So many places are either very modern (not much of a country feel) or too cabin like (very uncomfortable). This cabin is the best of both worlds. It has all the comforts and space you would want and has an authentic cabin feel to it. Although it is so conveniently located by the village, when you are inside you feel miles away from everything. The bedrooms are a nice size so a whole family can feel they have room without being cramped. Great fireplace, Tv's and cozy furniture to snuggle up with a good book or chat with friends. The area is great with a lot to do. There are nice walks, the lake, boating and heaps of down time. You can easily walk for a bite to eat, get groceries, or just look around a local store. A short drive away is a movie theater and even more stores and restaurants. So look no further, this is the best you will find. I would highly recommend it.

“Amazing!!” Great place! The board games had us entertained all night! And the Disney movie selections were amazing for movie night. The house was very spacious. And the owner was quick to reply with any questions regarding our stay. Will want to go back maybe in the spring next time.
