“Serene and beautiful” This beautiful loft was the perfect space in so many ways. It's 1000 square feet of comfort, and the views were unlike anything I'd experienced before. Surrounded by a solid wall of windows, you have a 180-degree view of the Rappahannock River flowing slowly past. Occasionally you get to see a large paddle-wheel boat go streaming by as well, possibly playing some Jimmy Buffett tunes while people dance to strobes on the dance floor. That was quite a treat. Most of the time, though, the serenity and solitude of the loft just goes on forever. We didn't even turn on the TV the entire time we were there. (Then again, we were pretty busy competing in an athletic competition the entire time.) The loft had everything you could expect, and what it didn't have, the host and hostess provided for us, as they were incredibly attentive to our needs and requests. By the end of the week, we felt more like friends or family than just strangers who booked a vacation rental from them. We think they are probably this nice with everyone. Fortunately for us, our sport takes us to Fredericksburg every spring, so we already can't wait to find out what the dates are in 2015...and 2016...and....you get the picture. We'll be back.

“Gulf Beach, Pool And Walk To Siesta Key Village” We had the best time ever. Nice being able to wLk to village. Sunsets are beautiful. Dolphin hanging out at the pier Beaches are near. The pool is next door. Condo is very clean and great Best vacation we ever had.

“Great spot by the ocean” The Location right by the beach was great. We use the beach chairs and the beach umbrella . On the last day we saw 2 dolphins and we found shark teeths and shells

“Loved the condo and view!!” After reading reviews of your condo, we decided that is where we wanted to stay. We were not disappointed. The condo was lovely and well stocked and the view of the lake was awesome! We spent many hours relaxing on the deck and enjoying the perfect weather. We loved the location which was close to everything we wanted to do! We came back relaxed and rejuvenated and look forward to staying in your condo again. Thank you for the use of your condo and the attention to details in your emails. It made the transaction very easy. We are looking forward to our next visit!

“This area was easy to get around but the Trolley was a fun way to visit FMB areas . . .” Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 6th floor unit had a view of the intercoastal waterway (from 1 bedroom) as well as the beach view from the master bedroom & our screened corner balcony. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware; the appliances worked well and were clean. They loved their bedroom with the extra long full size beds. The building is right on the beach for easy access with 2 grandchildren. Easy walk to the Bowditch Point Park and Times Square. We really enjoyed the Ostego Bay Foundation Marine Science Center. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Great Price, Great Location” The location is technically across the street from the beach, but it's a good 10-15 minute walk to make it to the sand. The great news us that there's a collapsible wagon, beach chairs, a cooler, and some beach umbrellas to make you trip easy and make your beach day wonderful! There's also a nice pool and some grills on the property. I cooked every day and had all that I needed. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Siesta Key.

“Wonderful apartment” Me and my family spent a week in apartment #310 and had a magnificent time. The apartment is fully equipt with everything you possibly could want for your vacation. Nice locaion. Beautiful view from the balcony. The information from the owners is very good. We really want to return some day!!!

“Worked great for 3 brothers.” The place was clean and spacious. The 3 bedrooms with large beds worked well for three old brothers. Enjoyed sitting in rear room in morning with coffee. Nice TV in living room to watch the baseball playoff games. Beds were very comfortable. No downside to this condo. Would definitely rent again.

“Excellent Condo” The Condo was clean and very well located, beautiful view near the pool and well equipped. I didn't think it would be like the advertised photos, but it was.

“Great Waterview Getaway” We stayed here for a week at the end of May. The unit had a good supply of everything needed to make our stay easy and fun. The kitchen was easy to work in and had more dishes and pans than most places we have stayed in. Nice patio area, pool and view of the intercostal. Good restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great sunrises too. Parking is ample for all guests.

“Quiet, Beautiful, Awesome” I would highly recommend renting this unit. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit that faces the water with a HUGE deck. The unit is fully stocked with everything you can possibly imagine - nothing left out! Very comfortable beds and the owners have thought of every possible comfort you may need (fans, extra pillows, bikes, kayaks, the list goes on and on) Plus the owner checked in via text twice during our stay to make sure everything was going great and if we needed anything. It is about 20 minutes from Galveston so very easy access.

“Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“Amazing weekend” We had the most amazing weekend fishing,bike riding on the beach, floating down the lazy river then watching the beautiful sunset each night from the balcony.

“Perfect vacation destination!” I had such a wonderful time on Sanibel. This condo is wonderful...comfortable,clean,roomy and well decorated.It has a great layout if your going with your family or sharing it with other couples. Sanible is now one of my favorite vacations. Whether you're interested in something adventurous, slow paced or just scenic, this area offers a wide variety of activities besides great shelling. We will definitely stay at this condo for many vacations in the future

“Our stay was great” The condo was clean with everything we needed. The location was phenomenal with quick access to and from the Island. My son really enjoyed being able to see dolphins directly from our room. The only thing was the dryer not working properly. It would only stay on for a few minutes at a time which was a little frustrating. Overall I loved the property

“My family and I had a wonderful time” This townhouse had everything we needed and more. It was very roomy.My husband loved having the canal in the backyard. He was very successful fishing there. We all enjoyed the pools and of course the beach.The owners were always quick to respond to any of our questions and were very helpful. We didn't want to leave.:)

“Great Time On Sanibel” We stayed at the condo mentioned above and found it to be great. Very clean and very comfortable. We plan on staying in this condo the next time we vacation on Sanibel

“Relaxing family time” We went in pretty late in the night and had no trouble getting to the cabin the instructions about the direction and getting the key from the lock box was precise , I had my inlaws and my sister in law and her family and mine which included 2 kids. Our kids were extremely excited to discover the different themed rooms and the game room. At the same time the big kids ( my husband included ) were excited to discover the large decks , grill and of course the hot tub ( in which we spent many a hour). I was amazed to see the kitchen so well equipped . We have been to several cabins in the past in and around the Broken Bow area but this one was very different in a pleasantly nice way. We were there for about 4 days and wished we had more time to enjoy this beautiful cabin. I have to mention that the beds were all very comfortable and we didn't miss our beds at home. The beautiful pond by the cabin was a nice place to sit by and relax !!! My inlaws were visiting us from England and they've already made up their mind about visiting this cabin again over their next trip to the us This was a great vacation and we can't wait to get back there.

“Beautiful View!!” My husband and I had a relaxing stay at this condo and it was very well equipped. Saw dolphins most everyday from the lanai and beautiful sunrises! The owners daughter responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely return:)

“Heaven on earth” It's a wonderful tastefully decorated flat. Comfy Beds and lounge. Everything is at your disposal. Even bikes and boogie boards. The terrace makes you want to stay and the Beach Is out of the world. We will be back. Belinda and Dan are the best. Ellen & Uwe
