“Fantastic Praiano!!” LOCATION: Praiano is a lovely town. We had a rental car which in many ways made it easy for us to get around. The villa had a garage in which we could put our car so parking was not an issue there. The villa is located quite high up the hillside from the commercial area of town. There is a bus that stops right outside the villa which makes it convenient and we did use the bus if we were staying in Praiano for dinner. The roads are extremely narrow which makes navigating through town a challenge. We did have to back down the road on occasion to let someone get by that was coming downhill. The villa is on the south side of town so you do not have a view of Positano from the villa but we all thought the view was magnificent, both day and night. The villa was located near a piazza and church which was my favorite part of our trip. We were there over the feast of St. Gennero and there was a lot of activity in the piazza. We would open the doors and enjoy the ambience of the residents just going on with life. VILLA: The villa was very clean which is my top priority in any place that I stay. The furnishings were serviceable. Upon entering the villa there are several steps up to the lounge area. The lounge has 3 sets of doors that open out to a patio area. With the double doors open the breeze is lovely. Off of the lounge there is a bathroom with shower, bedroom, and kitchen. On the floor above there is a large bedroom with a queen sized bed, large bathroom with tub/shower. There is another bedroom with twin beds next to the bedroom but you must go through the other bedroom to get to it. I have back problems and prefer a mattress to be a little on the soft side. I really thought that I would have a problem because the mattresses were firm but I slept very well there. There is a laundry room which is very well equipped. There is an iron and an ironing board. “very pleasant” very well presented villa, with great entertaining areas and 5 bedrooms. we really enjoyed our stay there and it is well located. the only downside to mention would be the pool, which was above ground rather than sunk (a bit less user friendly with kids etc)

“Quiet, tranquil, warm sun, sitting by the pool, relaxing” We really liked the villa but as it was so expensive we were surprised to see broken, rotten boards by the pool and the patio had lots of weeds. Check that the pool is in working order...it took 3 days to fix it during our stay for which we got a discount. It's a cool spacious house and the grounds have a relaxing feel to them. I would recommend it if you have the money!

“I am 63 years old and a very seasoned traveler, this was the mos” My week was so relaxing & enjoyable that I am going back next summer for a month. The Villa was situated in a beautiful part of Sant'Agata with a wonderful view of the Gulf and just a quick short walk into town. The restaurants & pubs were excellant exposing the authenic food & drink & Residents of Southern Italy.
