“Our first experience at a B & B was awesome!” We were reluctant to stay at a B & B but found the experience very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the views were great and we made lasting memories and friendships. We are looking very forward to a return visit.

“Wonderful Host, Great Location” My extended family and I spent part of our time at this house in Girdwood during our recent alaska vacation. Mark and Shoman were wonderful hosts during our stay. This house was spacious for our family of 9 with ample room to spare. The location was great as it was centrally located for many day trips including anchorage, Seward, Portage Glacier and Whittier. The picturisque alyeska Ski resort as well as the Seward Highway are minutes away from this home as well. Mark and Shoman have taken a lot of effort to immaculately decorate the house in an asian theme. The traditional wooden Japanese tub, Steam bath and various curios around the house added to the wonderful experience. While Girdwood has a functioning town center, our host rightfully recommended that we stock up our groceries in anchorage. I would definitely come back here for our next alaska trip. In the meantime, Mark and Shoman are welcome to our home in Texas as well. Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

“Wonderful convenient location with excellent breakfast” We really enjoyed our stay, a wonderful breakfast was cooked each morning for a great start to our day. Spent a day at Denali, visited Hatcher's Pass and panned for gold, went to Alyeska and rode the tram and ate lunch, visited the reindeer farm where the kids were able to pet many animals, visited the muskox farm and much more. My family really enjoyed it. There is also a washer/dryer if you need to do some laundry. There was also a large Walmart within 20 mile drive for anything you may have forgot to pack. Mary and her husband were great hosts.

“Amazing property on the Kasilof river !” There are places that you would like to return to year after year. This is one of these places. Carole has a first class property right on the Kasilof river. I used the apartment as my home base since it is so close and centrally located to all the places that I love to spend time at. Homer, Kenai, Clam Gulch and many more. We felt that when we came back from a long day of fishing , clam digging, or sightseeing that we were coming home. I can still remember the taste of the fresh salmon , halibut or other foods that we cooked on the huge deck at the apartment after a successful day of fishing. And some days just staying in relaxing and unplugging with a good book or watching the boats catching salmon as they drift by. I wish that I can make a return trip to the Hiada-way on the river very soon. Carole thank you for all the cherished memories and making your property feel like "home". “A delightful week at NamaStay Inn!” My family and I enjoyed our time at NamaStay immensely. There was plenty of room to spread out-- my husband and i could spend some time together while our teenage daughters could do their own thing, all under one roof. There was also plenty of family space to gather and cook meals together. We adored the outdoor grill on the deck, complete with a picnic table and stunning views! Another thing that impressed us was the overall cleanliness of the place, and beds that were cozier than any hotel room. I speak for my whole family when I say that NamaStay Inn made our stay in Homer aK awesome and memorable. We can't recommend it highly enough!
