Delightful Detached House in a Cul-De-Sac in Ensbury Park.
Well furnished & equipped with all you need for your holiday.
The house is very light, modern and airy and comes fully furnished which includes washing machine,dishwasher and wi-fi(Internet) tv’s for those who love to catch up on missed programs or watch a Box Set.
Dolby Radio provided in the kitchen.
It also comes with parking for two/three cars.
The house is situated 10 mins drive to Bournemouth Pier and 16 mins to Sand Banks.
The price shown is for bedding and towels(one Bath+1Hand)provided, if you would prefer to bring your own towels,I can reduce the price.

Response from the owner Sorry to here your stay wasn’t that good for you, thank goodness not everyone likes to lay in till late, as I have never been given a bad review before. I checked the shower and all seem fine with me and had had no complaints from anyone else. I do have a Carbon monoxide tester and smoke alarms, not sure why you couldn’t see them! Please refer to Fire regs before quoting your version.

“Great property and location”
We booked this house for week and found it perfect for our needs. Property is well equipped with everything you could ask for, well located for Bournemouth and all the surrounding area as well as being clean and clutter free. The owners communication was great and she responded quickly whenever contacted.

“Perfect”
Clean and tidy with plenty of space. 3 good size bedrooms all with double beds. Good location, only 10 minute drive to town centre and beaches. Sandra was very helpful and allowed us access earlier than the specified arrival time.

“Excellent stay”
Everything about the trip was perfect! From the very start - Sandra met us early to let us in, as this was my dads first trip since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s 5 years ago so was very apprehensive about the trip, this made him at ease which was lovely. The house was spotless and had everything we needed Sandra showed us everything we needed and was always at the end of a phone. The house is round the corner from the bus stop which is great and also within walking distance from a co op and lovely park. We hired a beach hut for the day for just £25! It was ideal as my dad got to sit either in the shade of the hut or outside if needed - perfect day out! Would highly recommend

I supply one roll of toilet paper for convenience as this house is advertised as a self catering house.
