Newly renovated barn conversion nestled in stunning Shropshire countryside yet only 15 minutes walk from the historic Bridgnorth town High Street. The property has been converted to a high specification by its owners and boasts its own courtyard and substantial private rear garden with views over open fields with secure gated parking for 1 vehicle. Bridgnorth attractions include the River Severn and parks, The Severn Valley Steam Railway, The Cliff Valley Railway the only inland vernacular railway, linking low and high town, The Castle Park with the old Bridgnorth Castle ruins and spectacular views across the valley. There are many excellent pubs and restaurants within Bridgnorth a list of which can be found within the accommodation. The Cow Shed is an idyllic base from which to tour Shropshire with superb walks and cycle routes on the doorstep.


The Cow Shed is the perfect location to explore Shropshire. The Ironbridge Gorge a world heritage site is just 15 minutes drive away, as to is Much Wenlock birth place of the modern olympics and where the Olympic torch will pass through on 30th May 2012. Historical Shrewsbury is 30 minutes drive boasting 600 listed buildings and the birth place of Charles Darwin. Ludlow, with is gastronomic delights and Michelin star restaurants is approx 45 minutes away and is also home to an excellent National Hunt race course.
