Located in the centre of Buckie a charming fishing port, with sea views and just steps away from the local shops.
Preston Villa is an elegant Victorian townhouse situated in the centre of town that has been converted into two very spacious apartments, one all on the bottom floor and the other being the upper two floors.

This property is all on ground floor level, has gas central heating and double glazing and comprises:
Large Hallway
Spacious Lounge with TV & dvd player
Dining Room with table & 4 chairs, digital radio
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle & toaster
Bedroom 1: Spacious double bedroom to front of property with double wardrobe and ogee chest
Bedroom 2: Spacious double bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 wide 6 drawer chests, football table
Bedroom 3: 3/4 size bed, small 3 drawer chest
Bathroom: very large family bathroom with bath, twin sinks, toilet and seperate shower enclosure.
Travel cot and highchair available, if required.

The town centre of Buckie boasts a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, café's, take aways a leisure centre & bingo hall. It is ideally placed to visit the abundance of quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbours littered along this part of the Scottish coastline. The stunning scenery can be appreciated as you follow the Speyside Way or Malt Whisky Trail.
Our location makes us central to areas such as Inverness and Loch Ness and Aberdeen and Royal Deeside making Buckie an ideal base for day trips to many other areas in the North East of Scotland or in the Highlands
Moray is a top destination for sea fishing, as well as Salmon and Trout fishing on the world famous River Spey.
There are eight 5 star visitor attractions in the area as well as 16 golf courses, including a famous championship links course at Lossiemouth & Banff. There are activities such as horse riding, mountain biking, walking, field sports, hiking, hill walking, climbing, camping and caravanning, sailing, diving, water skiing and winter skiing. Moray is the county of Macbeth and is steeped in history, with a wealth of castles, historical buildings and sites to explore. Moray is whisky country and has the only Malt Whisky Trail in the world, which is a unique selling point for our area.

“Excellent accomodation”
Large spacious house, easy to commute to many places of interest in surrounding areas. Recommend Cullen beach and visit to Bow Fiddle Rock.
