The villa consists of three apartments with independent access, two are located in the main building and have an area of 100 square meters each, the third of about 60 square meters is located in the adjoining stone annex. All have a comfortable dining room with kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a large garden with an illuminated pergola, to eat outdoors at any time of the day, and a private swimming pool with a splendid panoramic view. The farmhouse is located near places of artistic and cultural interest including Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, where you can admire fantastic artistic views and unparalleled views, as well as unique spa areas where you can enjoy moments of relaxation immersed in nature. Suitable for couples, solitary adventurers, families with children.
