Hop Cottage is our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with private gardens and Hot Tub located on our small organic farm a stay here provides is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are surrounded by fields, ancient woodlands and wildlife. Our cottage is ideal for getting together with friends, families (with kids), and anyone who just needs to unwind. The Hot tub is exclusive.

* Centrally located for exploring all of Kent's attractions

* Spacious accommodation with separate lounge, dining room, large conservatory and kitchen

* Modern fitted kitchen with Large fridge, freezer oven, hob and dishwasher.

* Peace and quiet in stunning countryside location

* All on ground floor so ideal for elderly or limited mobility

* Beds in two rooms can be set as King Doubles or two singles

Dogs are welcome, an extra pet fee of £20 applies and pet form must be completed

A couple of things you should know:

House has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8, the third bedroom is a small double and if sleeping 8 two people will be on a bed settee.

Hot tub is 50 yards away overlooking the lake, you have its exclusive use from 08:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs

Hop cottage is all on ground level and accessed with no steps at the entrance or stairs to get to the bedroom making it accessible for any member of your party with limited mobility.The bedrooms can be configured to your requirement:- the main bedroom has a double bed with modern en suite shower room, the second bedroom can be arranged as a double or a twin and the third bedroom has a double bed. The large lounge has a sofa bed. The dinning room, fully fitted kitchen and large conservatory and private garden provide ample space even for a large party on holiday.

The private garden is surrounded by open countryside and provides BBQ and outside seating. From the garden you can access the natural swimming lake or the paths and bridleways surrounding the estate.

“Wonderful rental”

“Fantastic”

We stayed at Hop Cottage from 23rd-26th November for a girls long weekend away. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the cottage has everything we needed and more. We didn’t go out all weekend as there was no need for us too. The hot tub looking over the little swimming lake is beautiful and so nice to sit in and chill. We ordered a food shop to be delivered on the day of our arrival which worked brilliantly for us. The owners are really lovely and helpful people. We didn’t see Nigel but we did see Wendy and she was more than willing to help and even showed a few of us where the chickens stay etc. If there was any feedback we could give it would be that the cottage just needs a tiny bit of updating (main bathroom and toilet). Overall a really fantastic weekend away, just what we all needed. We’re already discussing when we can book again! Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
