Description

East Pallant is located in the heart of Chichester, within walking distance of the train station and all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants.

The house is perfect for large family groups and corporate events - most beds can be spilt into single beds for single occupancy or made into superior king beds. This is a service that is total complimentary but must be specified at least two weeks before arrival.

Price including towels and linen. ***Special offer for new booking booked after 10th July 2017 will include a continental breakfast delivery service for 2017 bookings only*** (excluding New year)

Ground Floor:-

Large entrance hallway with all four rooms leading off, dining room, music lounge, television lounge and Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups and has 2 electric ovens, dishwasher, american style fridge / freezer, microwave/grill/ five gas burns, and washing machine. There is also a useful downstairs toilet under the stairs.

The back door leads directly to the large garden and patio.

First Floor:-

Sitting room with television with SKY channels and Wii with double doors which leads to our games room/library with snooker table. There are three bedrooms on this floor, a single bedroom overlooking the front of the house, a superior king bedroom or twin overlooking the front of the house with en-suite shower room and another superior king bedroom/twin overlooking the garden situated next to the family bathroom with rolltop bath, wash hand basin and w.c.

Second Floor:-

This floor has five bedrooms, a large bedroom overlooking the garden with three single beds or could be made up to one superior king bed plus one single. Two superior king bedrooms or twin beds overlooking the front of the house, one with en-suite shower room. A small double bedroom overlooking the front of the house and a twin/ superior king bedroom overlooking the garden with en-suite shower room next to the family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.

Outside:-

Patio area with table and chairs and BBQ leading to grassed area. There is a pathway at the side of the garden which leads to the parking area at the rear of the garden, the parking area is shared with the flats to the side of the house. Residents will use the path to get to and from the building but the garden is for sole use of guests staying at East Pallant .There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars. Please note the entrance to the garden is not gated and therefore children will need supervision.

Getting around

Being in the centre of the city a car is not necessary you can walk to the house easily from the bus or train station. However if you do have a car there is also plenty more attractions to visit just a stones throw away.

Response from the owner House Party (Dictionary Defination) - a party, usually in a country house, at which guests are invited to stay for several days. We encourage all visitors to treat our lovely 250 year house as their own home for the weekend and enjoy the house and surrounding attractions with their friends and relatives. However we strongly discourage any use which may cause a nuisance to our neighbours or damage to the property. Breakages and damage must be paid for as with any holiday property.

How do damage deposits work?
