Description
Number One Swallows' Flight is a 19th Century newly converted barn built of stone and wood, set in a restored cobbled farmyard. A luxurious rural retreat, it is entirely open plan and sleeps two adults with the option of adding in a cot and/or two children on the sofa bed. In the barn you'll find:
A small kitchen area
A relaxing area with woodburning fire and cosy seating
A bathroom with roll top bath
A luxurious bed
The barn is attached to the owner's beautiful Georgian-style Devon farmhouse but is entirely self contained with it's own terrace and entrance. There are five acres of gardens and fields to enjoy. I addition to the private accommodation there is also a shared Granary with utility room, toys for kids and shower room for guests to make use of. The Granary Barn has far reaching views over farmland and is set in one thousand acres of rolling South Hams countryside yet close to many lovely beaches and picturesque market towns.
