Description from owner

Description

Badgers End is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday and from which to tour the Cotswolds. Chipping Campden is a traditional wool market town with beautiful buildings and many wonderful shops and excellent restaurants.

Close to the market towns of Moreton in Marsh and Broadway, there is plenty to do and see in the area with all the surrounding Cotswold villages and larger towns of Stratford on Avon, Oxford, Warwick, and Cheltenham.

Situated in the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty, in a fold of the Cotswold Hills, Chipping Campden is considered to be one of the finest and most beautiful unspoilt medieval towns in England.

The long graceful curve of the High Street presents an almost unbroken vista of 14th to 18th century buildings with their honey coloured stone walls and mullion windows.

The surrounding countryside offers many excellent walks and rides and there are ample sporting opportunities.

A wide variety of shops and excellent restaurants, tea rooms and galleries make this a super base for your holiday and from which to tour.

Further details indoors

Badgers End has one king size room and one double room with an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. The bath is easy to step into and out of. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, a downstairs cloakroom and a comfortable living room with a great gas fire.

Less than a 1 minute walk from the High Street!

Further details outdoors

Private parking area to the front of the cottage and a courtyard garden with table and chairs for outside dining at the rear.

Response from the owner Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased you liked the cottage. We have not received any negative feedback regarding the lorries previously. We have since made a point of asking guests and the consensus is that they're part of town life (6.30 is not a regular thing we're assured). There is under cupboard heating in the dining area and we have made this clearer in our guest information. We hope to see you again in the future and thanks again for your comments.
