Description

The Honeypot is an idyllic period Cotswolds stone self catering cottage with log burning stove, many exposed beams and stone walls. It is furnished to a wonderfully high standard and is described as luxury by many returning guests.

The cottage is ideally located in the centre of Chipping Campdens famous and historic High Street but tucked away down a quiet snicket. There are many independent retailers, restaurants, tea rooms, deli's and pubs.

The cottage is available for self catering holiday rental all year round and sleeps three/ four plus a baby. Ideal for honeymooners, those looking for a cosy romantic place to stay or, in fact, anyone who is looking for a delightful base to use for exploring the Cotswolds.

An ideal location for visiting the many beautiful villages and attractions in the Cotswolds as well as places such as Adam Henson's Farm Park, Hidcote Manor Gardens (NT), Shakespears Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham & Bath.

One or two small well behaved dogs welcome £30.00 each, please discuss upon booking. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture and must not be left in the cottage unattended.Guidelines are sent out to all dog owners.

Close to Hidcote Manor Gardens (National Trust), Kiftsgate Court Gardens, Adam Hensons Farm Park and many Cotswold attractions.

Stratford Upon Avon only 14 miles away.

London 2 hours drive or a 1.5 hr train journey.

Astro turf (good quality) lawn area with garden table and chairs in a lovely little sun trap. Neighbours of one cottage have access along path at end of garden.. High street is a stones throw away although you'd never know it whilst sat in the garden! Nearest field walks are only 5 minutes walk away. There is a great recreation ground for adults and children. Tennis courts can be hired.

Getting around

A car is the easiest way to explore the local villages and towns however a Cotswold Tour in a private hire vehicle or bus hire are easily arranged.

Interaction with guest

There is a key safe at the cottage so that guests can arrive at a time which suits them. These times are (arriving) from 4pm and (departing by) 10am. These times can sometimes be negotiated however this depends on other bookings at this cottage and our other cottages. We do not usually meet guests during their stay but we are always happy to call in on guests if they ask us to do so. There may be times where this is not possible however we love meeting guests and so please feel free to ask us at any point during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?
