Welcome to Dorset Holiday Retreat ~ Luxury Platinum Specification 2 Bedroom Static Caravan to let on a sunny pitch sited on 5* Hoburne Park Christchurch with double glazing and centrally heated via radiators, complete with front and side deck and it's own parking space next to the caravan.

Being privately owned the caravan has those extra homely touches and we pride ourselves with keeping our caravan standards very high.

Spacious main bedroom with luxury pocket sprung double mattress, 2 fitted double wardrobes, dressing table, stool and radiator. En-Suite with wc, sink and radiator.

Twin bedroom with 2 beds, fitted wardrobe and radiator.

Bathroom with wc, sink and large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, shelving and radiator.

Spacious open plan living & dining area with frontal bay window, large seating area, electric fire, 29" LED TV, DVD player & DAB radio. Freestanding dining table with bench style seating and 2 chairs and radiator.

Kitchen is fully fitted with modern cupboards, upgraded electric cooker with double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, good quality kitchen equipment.

Iron & Ironing Board, Clothes Arier, Hairdryer and Alarm Clock.

Patio Table, 4 Chairs and Umbrella.

We request that you bring your own linen and towels (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bath mat, main bedroom has a double bed)

Arrival time is 4pm and caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Please note membership passes are needed to use the facilities on the site for 2023 the cost of the passes are £50 per family per week.

Getting around

Very easy to get around the area, the local buses stop right outside the caravan park. Biking and walking is also very easy with lots of cycle paths. Railway station is in Christchurch the nearest town about 3 miles away where you can catch a train to Bournemouth, Lymington, The New Forest or even London. The Car Ferry is situated in Lymington around 10 miles away where you can sail over to the Isle of Wight.

“Perfect place to chill out”

Really nice site,clean and tidy well kept with good amenities. My partner really enjoyed going swimming in the mornings in the outdoor pool,said the water was lovely and warm. It is in a very nice area with beaches,Spar supermarket and a nice pub within easy walking distance and all the main attractions a short drive away. On arrival we found the caravan to be spotlessly clean and immaculate with everything we needed. Liked the private parking space so not far to carry all the luggage,(my partner and daughter don’t seem to have grasped the concept of travelling light just yet). Kath the owner sent all the information we needed in plenty of time before our holiday,including the keysafe code which saves any messing about having to queue to book in. Overall had a really great holiday just relaxing,walking to local attractions and exploring the surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come back again ourselves.

“Lovely caravan and relaxing holiday”

R17 caravan was lovely, home from home and clean on a quiet site. Walking distance from Avon beach and Mudeford Quay. This made for a nice walk and ice cream or in my case a morning run in the sunshine looking out to the Needles IOW Site was quiet, nice clubhouse. Played mini golf and tennis. Activities mainly for younger children - we had two 15 yrs olds - pools very shallow - but we did all enjoy the relaxing sauna. Take a trip to Boscombe Beach - very nice and not as busy as Bournemouth. Also hire a motorboat (£15 for half hour) at Christchurch - look at the lovely houses and engage with the swans !! Would return both to the site and to R17
