Description

Grade II listed cottage in the heart of the historic market town of Christchurch which sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. The cottage is within a few minutes walk to Christchurch Quay, shops, cafes and restaurants. The property is tastefully decorated and comprises of a lounge/dining room, TV. The kitchen has a double oven, hob and fridge freezer. There is a utility room with washing machine and a newly fitted bathroom off the utility room. The double bedroom has a kingsize bed and there is a single bedroom. There is a secluded south facing courtyard garden with bbq. Wick Lane car park is a few metres from the property.

“Wonderful”

We wanted a place to stay to go to a wedding but not a hotel. What a find! Centrally located. New kitchen and bathroom. Immaculate throughout. Courtyard garden. We had a haven of tranquility. But just a minutes’s walk into town. Great restaurants coffee shops and bars. Try the happy hour at the Kings Arms!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
