Quarterdeck is a luxury two-bedroomed self-contained holiday home with PRIVATE PARKING, and sleeps 4 people. It is situated on a prestigious riverside development, close to picturesque Christchurch Quay and a pleasant short stroll to the Town Centre, with all its lovely restaurants, shops, the ancient 11th century Priory and numerous other attractions. There is a river ferry to Mudeford Harbour and Hengistbury Head just a couple of minutes walk from the house. Bournemouth (famous for its sandy beaches) and the beautiful New Forest are a short drive away. Quarterdeck is tastefully furnished with a contemporary nautical theme, and maintained to a very high standard. The privately-owned parking space is immediately outside the front door and there's an enclosed back garden with dining furniture; perfect for al fresco meals.The property was built to comply with the new Disabled Access regulations. Quarterdeck is a very stylish and well presented property and is maintained to very high standards. This contemporary style property benefits from an owner who has a keen eye for design and she has tastefully decorated the rooms with a nautical theme very much in keeping with its surroundings'

“Family Reunion.”
My wife, older daughter and I were looking for a base to meet our younger daughter who was house hunting in the area, we chose Quarterdeck because of it's location and it did not disappoint .There is easy access to the river , main shopping area and restaurants .The location is quiet and the house with it"s nautical theme is very inviting, we were lucky with the early May weather and were able to use the garden to sit and chat.The private parking area at the front of the property was a great asset as well.

“Excellent location in Christchurch to access all amenities”
Very clean and tidy house with car parking outside. We loved the nautical themed décor. The location suited us perfectly for easy access to the river walk and short drive to the beaches and cafe's.
