Whether for business or pleasure, our well-equipped house and studio annexe is a comfortable home from home for visitors to the area. Sleeping up to 6 the property is perfect for business travellers, groups and families. The best thing about our property is its location. It is so convenient for the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District, Midland Steam Railway, National Tramway Museum and the vibrant cities of Nottingham and Derby. The house is in a wonderfully peaceful location in the quiet village of Codnor, just outside the historic town of Ripley and a short drive from beautiful Belper. Major transport links are close at hand, with the A610 and M1 nearby plus East Midlands Airport less than 30 minutes away by car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
