A quiet and bright flat with big terrace in a strategic location to reach easily the most famous Art Cities in Tuscany. Perfect place for travellers which are looking for the warmth of a real home. With lift. Free Wifi 24hours no limits.
Notice: according to Italian law regulations you are required to provide your passport details. Tax are include in the price.
The flat consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen in open space, a comfortable sofa bed. If necessary we can add a cot. The lift brings you to the 2nd floor. The terrace offers the possibility to dine outdoors and have a barbecue. The flat is at your exclusive disposal. The large size of the terrace offers many benefits for those traveling by bicycle, or with kids and for pet's friends. Free parking in 50 meters.
As a matter of courtesy and friendliness with the next door neighbour you are asked to avoid parties and noise.

La terrazza è grande come la metà della casa. Stiamo facendo piccoli ritocchi per una migliore accoglienza.L'intera casa è a vostra disposizione.
Molto comodo il grande terrazzo che apre sulla sala cucina: ottimo per mangiare all'aperto e fare barbecue e altri v per chi viaggia in bicicletta per chi viaggia con i bambini e con gli amici a 4 zampe. Vivi come fosse casa tua.
