Description

Situated right at the top of Box Hill, Grove Lodge is a handsome cedar barn with stunning views across the valley to Bath. Newly built and set in the grounds of a beautiful 40-acre farm in the Cotswolds, the lodge is a single storey two bedroom home big enough to accommodate two couples or a family whilst being intimate enough for a romantic break. Finished to a very high specification the lodge is the perfect combination of country cottage style with all the modern comforts you'll need for a relaxing stay. Grove Lodge offers the privacy and peacefulness of a Cotswold retreat and yet is only five miles from the heart of Bath.

In addition to Grove Lodge, Grove Farm also offers the hugely popular three bedroom Grove Barn with the most spectacular views across the valley.

Travel to Bath and Box:Bath is easy to access from all over the UK and the world.Public Transport: Taxis are available from outside the Railway station or Orange Grove, which is next to the Abbey. Ask the driver to go to Grove Farm at the top of Quarry Hill in Box. Information on taxi fares is available from Bath & Northeast Somerset Council or contact the Licensing Team.By Train High speed, direct train services operated by First Great Western link Bath Spa train station to London and its major airports. Journeys take about 90 mins. It costs about £40 return, but can be much cheaper if you book on-line and buy two singles in advance. Bath Spa train station is well situated.

“Perfect place to relax”

This is our third visit to Grove Lodge and it won't be our last, we love it there, the accommodation has everything you'll need, Giles & Fiona are very helpful and accommodating, the views from the lodge are stunning and it's situation is centrally located with-in easy reach of Bath, Bristol and the Cotswolds, I would highly recommend this holiday letting it's absolutely fabulous.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If GILES & FIONA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
