Description
A spacious luxury farm holiday cottage situated on a working farm just 1 mile from Crieff, Perthshire and close to Gleneagles. The Distillery is a delightful conversion of a redundant farm building dating back to 1819 when it was used as a distillery! Opened only in 2014, it has been finished to an exceptionally high standard providing a beautiful and spacious house with character and original features. It is set in a quiet and peaceful location and has stunning views. Come and relax and meet our cows, calves and chickens!
The Distillery is situated just a mile outside Crieff. You can walk into town via the local path network. The path known locally as 'The Bantry' provides a safe walking or cycling route and it made headlines in the eighties when a local family saw an apparition of a ghost in the form of a witch! In Crieff you will find a supermarket, Leisure Centre, local specialist shops and plenty of good eating places.
Golf, walking, mountain biking, fishing all nearby. Visit : The Famous Grouse Experience, Crieff Visitor Centre, Stuart Crystal,
Drummond Castle Gardens, Comrie Croft, Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre, Stirling Castle, Scone Palace, Scottish Antiques and Arts Centre, Go Ape, House of Bruar, Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre, Drummond Castle Gardens.
Comrie, Loch Earn, Auchterarder and Gleneagles are under 10 miles away. Thirty/forty minutes drive will take you to Perth, Stirling, Callander, Aberfeldy and Dunkeld. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both about an hour's drive and there is an excellent train service from Dunblane to both.

Dining Room: Large open plan, solid oak floor, solid oak table and chairs, french doors to terrace.
Kitchen: Fully fitted and equipped with hob, double oven, microwave, full sized dishwasher, American Fridge Freezer with ice making feature, breakfast bar with 2 stools.
Utility Room: Spacious area, fully fitted with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Coat hooks. Separate walk in cupboard with shelving and storage.
Master Bedroom(upstairs): King sized bed, 32 inch wall mounted flat screen tv, solid oak furniture, 2 easy chairs and french doors with Juliet balcony. Separate dressing room with fitted hanging space and drawers and dressing table.
Ensuite: Large ensuite with double ended bath, large walk in power shower with rainforest and second shower head.
Twin room (upstairs): Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table
Ensuite: Fitted bathroom with cupboards and shelving, large bath with power shower over.
Double bedroom (downstairs): Double bed, fitted wardrobes with built in dressing table.
Ensuite: Shower room also accessible from hall. Electric walk in shower.
Garden: Fully fenced with gates. Gravel private parking, lawn area and clothes dryer. Paved terraced on 3 sides. Garden furniture and barbeque

“Fantastic”
Just returned following a week at The Distillery with my wife and two children (aged 20 and 16) and cannot speak too highly of our experience. The property is located just about a mile from Crieff and the town can be accessed by a lovely path walk. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous with three generous bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The views from the property are stunning and to wake up to see cows grazing in the fields was a delight. The owners live nearby and were always available but never intrusive. As an added bonus we had unbelievably good weather for the entire week but the Distillery is such an attractive property that it would be no bad thing to spend more time indoors! We would definitely consider a return visit as soon as possible.

“Perfect”
