Description
Poundgate Park is a beautiful two bedroom holiday home for four people. Set in an Edwardian walled garden enjoying a private patio and decking area and large area of lawn with an orchard and mature trees.
The rooms have glorious garden views or far reaching views of rolling hills and the South Downs.
The property adjoins the owners' property and backs onto the owners' 5 acre gardens including a woodland and duck pond (unfenced).
Just across the road is Ashdown Forest with excellent opportunities for walking, picnics and horse riding. There is a character pub/restaurant opposite with open fires in winter.

One is a double with a double size and the other a twin bedded room, both have ample storage and hanging space and mirrors.
The property is tastefully decorated; the walls are adorned with original artwork painted by the owner, who is also an artist.

“Beautiful location and comfortable and well appointed cottage”
Set in a walled garden giving seclusion and quiet, yet convenient for local sights and attractions and opposite a very good pub. Nicely furnished and tastefully decorated, highly recommended.
