Description

This new build holiday house occupies an enviable position opposite the sandy harbour in Cullen .It has beautiful sea views with direct access to miles of coastal paths and beaches.

The property accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms.The twin bedroom is on the ground floor with easy access to the cloakroom with a WC.

The double bedrooms are upstairs,one with an en suite shower room and the other is next to the family bathroom.

The house is stylishly and comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen.

There is storage for bycles and golf clubs in the private parking area to the rear of the property.

We have recently installed 2 smart televisions, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

I am very happy to meet guests on their arrival and show them round. Should the guests be uncertain of their time of arrival ,a key can be left in the safe at the kitchen door.The key opens the front door. The code would be emailed shortly before the arrival date.

“Fantastic place to relax!”

A return visit for us and this house never fails to impress! Very comfortable and cosy, thoughtfully decorated and great quality furnishings and linens. Everything you need is there. The view from the house is beautiful and as we had a couple of wet and windy days, we spent lots of time just watching the waves crash above the harbour walls! Fabulous walks from the house and lovely places to visit nearby. Local Seafield Hotel serves delicious and well presented food and is worth a visit. Thank you ,Sandra, for sharing your wonderful house!

“Great house, great location”

We loved our stay at 244 Seatown. House is cozy, modern and very clean and has such lovely views out to sea. Very close to all the local amenities and a great base for exploring the Banffshire coast. Thoroughly recommend. We definitely will hope to pop back.

“Super house in a brilliant location”

This house was a real pleasure to be in, the hosts were excellent and the amenities were great, we outdoor definitely stay again. The location was superb, right opposite the harbour and beach, easy access to lovely coastal walks and 5 minutes walk to the local pub and restaurant. The walk into town is steep but not far and everything you need is there.

“Lovely cottage in a superb location”

Cottage has everything you need - a home from home. We loved the location on the harbour. To one side of the cottage the wide sandy Cullen Beach. Past the harbour a walk along the rugged coastline. Neighbouring villages all have great coastal views and walks. The king size bed is so comfortable (especially on tired legs after the amount of walking we did).
