Ferry View is beautifully presented Visit Britain 4 Star townhouse in the heart of Dartmouth with magnificant river views.
Positioned virtually on the level overlooking Bayards Cove on the embankment.
The accomodation over three floors, is spacious, comfortable and has been furnished to retain the character and charm of the building, offering all 'home from home' comforts.
Access to Ferry View is from the road/pavement with 1 step in through front door, 1 step through inner door.
Ground floor - spacious lounge/diner with seating for at least 6 people. 4 and 2 seater sofas, 43" Smart TV with dvd player, cd/radio, books and games.
2 steps through to spacious kitchen/breakfast room. With all modern appliances including electric ceramic hob, electric single fan oven, dishwasher, larder fridge and plenty of crockery.
Through the next door to the Utility room with washing machine , tumble dryer and freezer this then leads to the fully tiled Wet room with WC and wash hand basin. (New 2013)
Stairs to first floor - 2 sets of 4 steps
Master Bedroom - light airy with superb views from the bay window seat.
King size bed, wardrobe, plenty cupboard space, bedside cabinets & reading lights, clock, hairdryer, dressing table, digital TV/DVD & rocking chair, to help absorb the views.
Bathroom with wc, wash hand basin full size bath with mixer tap.
Single bedded room which can become a twin with wash basin.
Top floor - twin bedded room which can become 6' bed. This room has again fantastic river views with TV/dvd, wash hand basin, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, reading lights, clock & cupboard hanging space.

“Christmas break”
Ferry view is a beautiful place in such a lovely area. Sarah the owner was so helpful and friendly and trimmed up the living room which was a really lovely touch. The other reviews pretty much say everything and I can only say they have not exaggerated just how special this place is. It really felt like home and had everything you need. If you are looking for a special place to go I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be looking to go again.
