Beachside Apartment in Dawlish, Devon

Positioned on the sea front at Dawlish this ground floor spacious apartment was built in 2006 with its own car parking space, comprising of 2 Double Bedrooms, Fitted Kitchen, Living/Dining Room, Bathroom, En Suite Shower Room. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering.

Renowned for its Black Swans on the nearby river, and just yards from the beach at Coryton Cove this is in a very enviable location. Ideal for exploring the South Devon Coast, walking on Dartmoor, sailing facilities on the nearby Exe and Teign Estuaries and with an 18 hole golf course at Dawlish Warren it caters for all tastes.

Getting around

Apartment is 5 minutes walk from Dawlish railway station which can take you to London, Exeter and along the Riviera line to Teignmouth, Paignton, Torquay etc. A bus stop is under 5 minutes away with frequent service to Exter, Newton Abbott etc. It is possible to get around easily without a car unless you want to venture to Dartmoor.

“Amazing location”

A very spacious clean and well presented apartment. A great place to stay if you have family members into trains. A quick hop over footbridge and you have the beach. Coryton cove was lovely with amazing rock pools at low tide and great crabbing over sea wall at high tide. 5 min walk to station,fish and chip shop and other shops. Crazy golf was fab as well. Hoping to stay again.

“Even better than the pictures”

Superb flat in all respects. Location, equipment etc. We loved the trains and pounding waves. Can nip to the sea and back in a minute via a footbridge closer than under viaduct passage in Dawlish by station.

“Loads of space; clean and great location”

Great apartment with good sized rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and comfortable beds in the bedroom. Two bathrooms, so we had a bathroom each. The beach is very close and we loved exploring Dawlish and Dawlish Warren. The shop Gay's Creamery is a must see!

“An immaculate apartment with plenty of room and super views.”

The apartment is in beautiful condition with comfortable beds and is only a few minutes walk to the town which is well served with specialist shops and a small supermarket. The railway station is even closer with trains to all parts of South Devon. We visited Paignton and Torquay by train which only took about 25 minutes. A large Sainsburys is about 5 minutes drive and Waitrose and Morrisons are in Teignmouth also about 5 mins drive in the opposite direction. Lovely walks along the coast start within a few yards of the apartment. All in all an awesome apartment and location.

How do damage deposits work?
