Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the experience at your chosen property. Your chosen property sleeps a maximum of 4x guests allowing 4 or less to attend the booking. Regrettably on this occasion we have been notified that the property was over occupied, with guests using the sofas to sleep. Unfortunately this can invalidate owner's insurance, therefore guests can be asked to be asked to vacate the property. Check in time for the property is usually 3pm and unfortunately as 10am is check out time, 11am check in would never be possible. Property owners may arrange earlier access should this be possible, but standard check in time would be 3pm. We have spoken with the property owner at length regarding your stay and they have assured us that the only time the property was accessed during your stay was when they guided you through the 'boost' option with the heating. The owners were very disappointed to receive your feedback, as they have previously received consistently positive comments. I can see we have discussed your experience with you directly and a gesture was provided by ourselves due to your disappointment. Kind Regards, The Customer Service Team
