Description
First class accommodation set in the very heart of Dunkeld. This spacious, modern top floor apartment is the perfect self-catering base for your holiday in Dunkeld "The Gateway to the Highlands". With an abundance of activities right on your doorstep this is the perfect retreat for couples or families.
Dunkeld is known for its live Scottish music at the Taybank (close by) and other hotels and pubs. It is a special place for walking, cycling, hill-waking, golf and fishing, with some wonderful nature and wildlife on the doorstep, including the osprey at the Scottish Wildlife Centre at Loch Lowes.
The apartments is a minute away from the River Tay where you'll find a new large swing park and ducks. A short walk along the riverbank will bring you to the Dunkeld House Hotel or if heading over the historic Thomas Telford bridge you'll arrive in Birnam.
You'll find on the same street cafes, restaurants, gift shops, bars, hairdressers, a tourist office, the Scottish Deli, Aran Bakery (owned and ran by Great British Bake Off semi-finalist Flora Sneddon), small supermarket and bike hire... amongst many other shops and facilities.
Dunkeld is accessible by train or bus and is within easy reach of the city of Perth and smaller tourist towns Pitlochry and Aberfeldy by car or public transport.
9 Atholl Street sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. There is an open plan living room / kitchen. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There is a cot in the apartment, please ask if you would like this made up. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
A welcome food basket is included with all bookings.

“6 week stay”
I stayed in this beautiful apartment in Dunkeld for 6 weeks whilst on placement for my course, I'm a student paramedic. It is brilliantly located, its in the centre of Dunkeld. So many beautiful walks nearby. Its also not a far drive from other great wee towns in the area too. I would highly recommend this apartment. The owners extra wee touches made it so much more special. Thank you to them for letting me stay.

“Golfing in Dunkeld”
Had booked to stay in Fort William but due to rain the golf course was closed so at very short notice decided to go to Dunkeld where we found a fantastic flat right in the middle of Dunkeld. Could not have ask for more from a flat,spacious,clean comfy beds and a good shower.All in all when coming back to Dunkeld this will be the first place we try for accommodation, could not have been more pleased with the flat.
