Description

Set in a quiet location less than 100 metres from the foreshore, this recently refurbished 4 bedroom detached house with 3 bath/shower rooms can comfortably accommodate 8 - 10 persons. The house has large front and back gardens with plenty of off-road parking.

The large lounge/dining room has seating for 10, including a double sofa bed, a TV and Blu Ray player, and dimmable modern lighting. There is a downstairs cloakroom with washbasin and WC and porch.

The newly refitted kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, induction hob, built in microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The garden room is a double bedroom with a door opening onto the patio and has a large en suite shower room with washbasin and WC, and suitable for use by those with limited mobility.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with sea views over the harbour.

The largest bedroom has twin beds with room for a cot, and an ensuite shower room with washbasin and WC.

The other 2 bedrooms share the bathroom with bath, over bath shower, washbasin and WC. One bedroom has twin beds and the other has bunk beds.

The house has gas central heating with constant hot water and wi fi broadband is included.

The secluded rear garden is flat and perfect for relaxing or ball games on the lawn. It has a large patio with outdoor furniture for 10 people and a separate conservatory with seating, light and power.
