Welcome to Palma Vista Villa, located on the East Coast on the the beautiful island of Puerto Rico - The Island of Enchantment!
Apologies for the lack of recent reviews on TripAdvisor. Most of our review are at another site.
We are very conscious of COVID-19 and we want you to stay safe and protect you during your stay. Before arrival the property will be fully sanitized. We also provide Hand Sanitizer and SoftSoap Hand Cleanser for your use as well as a full container of either Chlorox or Lysol Disinfectant Wipes. Face mask are also available if required.
Unlike other properties at Palma Vista, Palma Vista Villa is the only villa that is fully renovated as of November 2020, and we provide absolutely everything you could possibly need for your vacation in the sun.

Palma Vista Penthouse Villa is a 3,500-sq. ft. property located at Seven Seas Beach, Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It is a 2 level Penthouse comprising a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and new Kenmore Elite Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Range/Oven. Large 1st level balcony and expansive 2nd level private terrace, 3 bedrooms (master-suite with a king size bed; and two additional bedrooms each with queen size beds), For the baby we provide a “Foundations® SleepFresh® Celebrity™ Portable Crib”. There are three full bathrooms. Two full bathrooms are located on the first level, one being an ensuite bathroom for the master-suite bedroom. The third full bathroom is located on the 2nd level. This bathroom has the breezy, easy access of an outdoor shower, opening to the penthouse terrace with a spectacular ocean view. The view from the breezy shower is an experience to live and enjoy.
The property is fully air-conditioned throughout. The villa has dedicated parking for two cars plus visitors parking. We also provide high quality bed linens, fluffy white towels and luxury toiletries, high speed internet access, 55' LCD Television with Liberty Cable programming, Apple TV, Blue Ray DVD player and portable Bluetooth sound system.
Palma Vista is an exclusive and secure gated community, very private (only 30 Villas) that boasts two communal pools, a children’s play area and a gazebo. Palma Vista is adjacent to El Conquistador Resort and Las Cabezas de San Juan.
The panoramic views from the villa and the terrace are beautiful. From the front, Las Cabezas de San Juan, The Lighthouse, Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. From the back are impressive panoramic views of El Yunque National Rain Forest and the Puerto Rican mountains and beautiful views of the countryside and its flora. One of the top beaches on the island of Puerto Rico, Seven Seas Beach is a popular beach for families and for snorkeling around the adjacent coral reefs, and various water sports. The clear waters are teeming with vibrant tropical fish around coral reef areas. Seven Seas Beach is also extremely safe for children, as offshore reefs protect the beach from waves and currents. The region is part of the National Parks System and is considered a 'World Blue Flag Beach'. To obtain the Blue Flag distinction, a beach must comply with a set of very strict standards in terms of water quality, safety and services, environmental education and information.
