Description

This newly appointed light and airy totally self-contained ground floor apartment is attached to our family home but with a separate entrance and is completely private. It is situated in the picturesque Cheshire village of Farndon just 8 miles from the historic city of ChesterThe contemporary accommodation can sleep up to four people having one double bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed in the sitting room.The kitchen area offers full electric hob, separate oven, SMEG fridge freezer & dishwasher.In the open living area there is a dining area, lounge area with 37 inch flat screen TV, access to Wi-Fi and a gas flame effect fire for those chillier evenings. The newly finished bathroom is fully tiled with a walk in shower.There is a private patio seating area and off road parking. The surrounding area although rural offering lovely walks has many local amenities within walking distance. Also if you did want a break from the car we are on a bus route to both Chester & Wrexham which both offer excellent rail networks. In just 20 minutes you can also be shopping in the world renowned Cheshire Oaks outlet shopping village.

“Fantasic”

Iots of things to do near by ideal location and dog freindly annex is suburb very clean and would defenly would come again also the owner had a welcome pack which was very nice Lots of villages nearby chester is not far and Cheshire oaks is close by lots of nice places to go for lunch

“A great place to stay”

The Annex is a very comfortable cottage environment. Very clean and well laid out. Julie the host is very amicable and pleasant to deal with. Location is excellent with easy access to the surrounding areas. The little kitchenette was quite functional, and the bathroom was modern and of a very high standard. The king size bed is a definite bonus, very comfortable. Highly recommended.

“Smart but needs”

Located on the edge of a peaceful village, the property is immaculate and smartly furnished but perhaps a bit spartan. It has all the essentials but could do with a few little extras to raise to the next level (like a serving spoon, eggcups etc.). Oh, and fix the door! Very low bed could cause problems for those less able. One word of warning - spotting the house on a long road not easy.

How do damage deposits work?
