Per chi ama una Firenze tranquilla e verde,una piccola dimora confortevole caratteristica,circondata da ville Medicee e con meravigliosa vista su Monte Morello e Villa Petraia.
Bilocale di 40 ma, secondo piano,arrestato con gusto e cura dalla proprietaria con attenzione a tutti i particolari.
La zona giorno e' costituita da soggiorno-cucina con tavolo, divano letto a una piazza e mezzo, cucina attrezzata.
La camera da letto matrimoniale, volendo si può mettere un lettino da campeggio.
Il bagno con doccia e lavatrice.
Dotato di ogni confort : aria condizionata, riscaldamento singolo, tv,wi-fi.
La proprietaria vi aspetta per trascorrere piacevoli momenti nella sua piccola dimora.
