Description
Very nice apartment all new, bright and with exposed beams. The "La Pergola" apartment is located in a very quiet street in the heart of the historic center of Florence, between Piazza Duomo and Piazza Santa Croce, both reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The Santa Maria Novella railway station can be reached in 10/15 minutes. The location is extremely strategic to walk to all the main places of tourist and cultural interest, monuments and museums. Nearby you have everything available to experience Florence, excellent restaurants, market, aperitif bar. A unique experience! The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of an elegant and small building and was totally renovated in 2013. It develops on two floors and consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and an LCD TV on the lower floor. fully equipped and complete with appliances (including dishwasher and induction hob), dining area and a cozy bathroom with shower and washer / dryer. The living room leads to the first double bedroom with a king-size double bed and a large wardrobe. On the upper floor there is the second double bedroom with a king size double bed and a second bathroom. The apartment has heating and air conditioning with radiant floor panels which allows an optimal temperature both in winter and in summer. There are also three split air conditioning units in each room. 50 euros will be added to the estimate for final cleaning.
