Large Luxury Apt (140 sqm=1500 sqft, sleeps 6-7 people) in Central Ancient Bldg w/Elevator, Minutes to major sights!

Wifi, AC, Washer/dryer, Self-catering.

Owners live in same building and speak English.

A spacious non-smoking environment with tall ceilings, on the 3rd floor of our ancient Florentine building with elevator, surrounded by historical palaces.

NEWLY RENOVATED in 2016.

Apt sleeps 6 people comfortably in three large bedrooms.

Two more persons may sleep on pullout sofa bed/futon which turns into a double bed in the large living room.

Maximum occupancy is therefore EIGHT, with no extra charges.

Address is Via dei Bardi 8. Conveniently located in the Oltrarno district, literally steps from all the sites in Florence:

1-minute walk (=100 meters = 110 yards) away from Parco Bardini and Museo Bardini,

2 minutes from the Arno River,

5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santa Croce,

6 minutes from Uffizi Museum,

7-8 minutes from Piazza Pitti and Boboli Gardens,

9-10 minutes from Piazza Signoria, Bargello Museum and Piazzale Michelangelo,

11-12 minutes from Piazza Duomo.

Apartment consists of:

•First bedroom with solid walnut fixtures of exquisite workmanship: cabinets and antique chest of drawers with mirror, two antique single beds (33”W x 75”L = cm.84 x 190); third bed/cot available; large built-in wardrobe; parquet floor.

•Second bedroom with original antique decorations on ceiling, one double bed (66”W x 75”L = cm.168 x 190) and solid walnut fixtures of exquisite workmanship: large antique wardrobe and dresser with mirrors.

•Third bedroom with breathtaking view from window, antique wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirrors. Choice of two single beds (33”W x 75”L = cm.84 x 190) or one double bed (66”W x 75”L = cm.168 x 190); third bed/cot available.

•Very large living room with veranda. Large sofa bed/futon (which turns into a double bed), couch, armchairs, table, six chairs, buffet, cupboard, 55” large HD satellite TV, paintings, parquet floor.

•Kitchen with built-in sink, dishwasher, hob with oven, refrigerator with freezer, shelves, extendable table and six chairs; two wooden food carts, microwave (highchair available).

•First bathroom with wc, bidet, spacious shower stall, basin, mirror, bathrobe hanger.

•Second bathroom with wc, bidet, spacious shower stall, basin, mirror; wonderful view from window.

Apartment is equipped with:

•Air conditioning and independent heating.

•Free wifi and 55” large HD TV.

•Towels, bed and kitchen linen.

•Hairdryer, soap and shampoo; first aid kit.

•Washer/dryer, drying rack, flatiron and ironing board.

There are EIGHT steps to get from street level to the elevator. These steps are 4 feet wide, they are even and not steep, and there are handrails on both walls.

If Gianfranco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
