A few steps from the beautiful Santa Croce square, this delicious and bright attic placed at the second floor without elevator, 50 square meters, consists of a large living area equipped with a very comfortable queen sofa bed (14 cm thick mattress, 160 cm wide and 195 cm long) with brand new kitchenette and the upper level large queen bedroom (21 cm thick mattress, 170 cm wide and 200 cm long), modern bathroom with tub/shower and window.
High speed wifi, flat TV equipped with Chromecast to cast on the wide screen from your devices, and tasteful decoration to make our guest fully enjoy a stay in the Bohémienne Florentine penthouse to live Florence from a vantage point in its very center.
All comforts such as air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, luxurious shower..
To cope with the current Covid-19 emergency, we mobilized for the sanitation of the environments and linens and we developed a protocol to be able to minimize the risk of infections and contagion from Covid-19 and guarantee protection inside our home.
A nebulizer with a built-in high-power electric fan capable of reducing sanitizing products and disinfectant detergents through special nozzles in droplets up to a distance of 5-7 meters will be used, quickly saturating even large rooms.
We are also equipped with an ozone machine, which, in addition to being an excellent gas to eliminate unpleasant odors (smoke, fried etc.) and to fight mold and fungi on surfaces, is an excellent viricidal.
A certification of the treatment will be issued carried out with an annotated date, time, place and attached the safety data sheets of the products and equipment used.
This is the third and last floor of a tower house from the XV century, completely renovated, in the very centre of Florence, at walking distance from all major attractions.
Then, at no more than 10 minutes walk you can get to Piazza Santa Croce and Mercato dei Ciompi are just a couple of minutes walk, Duomo, Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria (together with Palazzo Vecchio), Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti...
The area is full of good restaurants, pubs, wine bars, traditional ice cream laboratories, nearby grocery stores, shops in general.
At nigh the apartment is quite and the very comfortable mattresses of the bed and the sofa bed, together with screens at the windows or dark thick curtains, will let you enjoy a pleasant sleep.
From the windows you can see the typical road downstairs, Santa Croce in the background, and a wide and bright private court over the typical red Florentine roofs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, modern and new.
Air conditioning will refresh the whole Attic in a few minutes, in case of a warm day. And in case of a cold day, the heating is on to keep warm the area.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub that can be used as a shower for pampered thanks to the double water jet: the standard shower and the large shower pan.
According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.
Tourist tax is due in amount of 5.50 Euro per day per declared person over 12 y.o. until the seventh day of stay.
