This comfortable apartment is located in a peaceful and green area near the Poggio Imperiale, at 1km from the historic center of Florence and from Piazzale Michelangelo, not far from the old and majestic stone archways of Porta Romana, one of the ancient entrance to the city, trough the old defensive walls of Florence.
It is the ideal place to relax after a day exploring this beautiful town and and rest before going out again to explore the nearby historic center of Florence and its beauty.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a small building in a quiet street with no background, where you can also easily park, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment offers a wide double bedroom, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your breakfast lunch or dinner, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A delightful garden equipped with chairs, tables and umbrellas is available for guests to relax and enjoy the cool of the evening with a glass of wine.

Questo confortevole appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa nei pressi del Poggio Imperiale, a 1Km dal centro storico di Firenze e dal Piazzale Michelangelo, poco lontano dalle vecchie mura di Porta Romana, una delle antiche porte di accesso al centro storico.
E' il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a scoprire questa splendida città e prima di ripartire alla scoperta di altre meraviglie.
L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di una piccola palazzina in una tranquilla strada senza sfondo, dove si può anche comodamente parcheggiare, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone.
Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un'ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con comodo divano letto, una cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che può servire per preparare e gustare con tranquillità la colazione, il pranzo o la cena, un bagno con cabina doccia e lavatrice.
Un delizioso giardino condominiale attrezzato con sedie, tavoli, sdraio e ombrelloni è a disposizione degli ospiti per rilassarsi e godersi il fresco della sera sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino.
