Le Rose Siberine è l'appartamento perfetto per chi vuole immergersi nella quotidianità del quartiere Sant'Ambrogio e al tempo stesso godere della quiete di un rifugio romantico a pochi passi dai più importanti monumenti di Firenze.
E' arredato con antichi mobili di pregio, il pavimento è in cotto d'este e i soffitti hanno le travi a vista, segno caratteristico delle antiche dimore fiorentine.
Per rendere speciale il vostro soggiorno offriamo set cortesia e WI-FI gratuito.
Ho vissuto in questo appartamento per 8 anni, prima da sola e poi in coppia e senza ombra di dubbio lo potrei definire un appartamento speciale: silenzioso, molto luminoso e al tempo stesso comodo, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo un giro in città o lavorare facendosi cullare dal lontano brusio delle persone che passeggiano in Borgo la Croce. L'appartamento si trova al 2 piano, nel centro storico di Firenze, ed è composto da ingresso, cucina-soggiorno, 2 bagni, una camera da letto e una mansarda con studio e ulteriore letto matrimoniale. Si trova in una via pedonale.
L'appartamento è dotato di cucina completamente attrezzata, con lavastoviglie, per garantirvi una totale autonomia. Troverete inoltre asciugamani, lenzuola, docciaschiuma/shampoo, phon, acqua, caffè, thè, zucchero, olio, sale e pepe.
Sono presenti zanzariere alle finestre, asse da stiro, ferro da stiro, tostapane e connessione WI-FI.
Vivo nello stesso palazzo dell'appartamento che affitto. Sarò quindi a vostra disposizione per consigli, suggerimenti e necessità che potranno sorgere durante il vostro soggiorno.
Dal 1 Aprile 2023 il Comune di Firenze con delibera n°56/2023 ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno pari a 5.50 Euro a persona per notte, per un massimo di 7 notti. Sono esenti minori fino al compimento del dodicesimo anno di età.
L’importo sarà riscosso in contanti al momento del check-in.
Se soggiornerete in questo appartamento capirete cosa significa avere tutto a portata di mano. Il quartiere è Sant'Ambrogio, residenziale, vivace e al tempo stesso vicino alle maggiori attrazioni di Firenze: Piazza Santa Croce si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, Piazza Signoria/Piazza del Duomo a 10 minuti e la Galleria degli Uffizi dista solo 15 minuti.
A pochi passi troverete il Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, famosissimo per i suoi prodotti alimentari locali.
Sotto casa sono invece presenti ristoranti, bar, banche e svariati negozi di abbigliamento.
Supermercato e farmacia distano poche centinaia di metri.
