The apartment is tastefully renovated in December 2013, and located on the ground floor of a building of 1300, is located a few steps from the theater "La Pergola " near the hospital of Santa Maria Nuova and then to the Piazza del Duomo in Florence . The location is ideal for visiting the beautiful city of Florence because close to two of the best areas of Florence, Santa Croce and the Duomo . These areas full of bars, restaurants but mostly full of churches and museums. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms , one with en suite bathroom, living room , dining room fully equipped small kitchen and small courtyard . The apartment has all the amenities to ensure you spend a great holiday immersed in one of the most strategic of Florence.

It is necessary to pay the stay tax of 3 euro per person per day for a 7 days maximum and a 10 euro management fee.

L'appartamento, finemente restaurato nel dicembre 2013 e situato al piano terra di un edificio del 1300, si trova a pochi passi dal teatro "La pergola" vicinissimo all'ospedale di Santa Maria Nuova e quindi alla piazza del Duomo di Firenze. La posizione è ideale per visitare la splendida città di Firenze perchè vicina a due delle migliori zone di Firenze, quella di Santa Croce e quella del Duomo. Zone queste piene di locali, ristoranti ma sopratutto piene di chiese e musei. L'appartamento dispone di 2 camere matrimoniali di cui una con bagno privato, salotto, sala pranzo piccola cucina completamente attrezzata e piccola corte interna. L'appartamento ha tutti i comforts necessari a farvi passare una splendida vacanza immersi in una delle vie più strategiche di Firenze.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

City tax: € 4,00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights in a row - to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The amount is calculated on the total nights and guests indicated in the reservation (regardless the number of effective nights of each guest).

Passports & IDs: all guests must be registered by law and every document (photocopies are accepted) must be presented upon check-in (regardless the actual arrival date of each guest).

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Late check-in fee: € 30,00 after 8:00 PM / € 50,00 after 12:00 AM to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Agency fee: € 10,00 to be paid in cash upon arrival (it can be applied in specific circumstances such as lack of communication, requests for early check-in and/or late check-out).

Check-out: mandatory by 10:00 AM the latest.

Tassa di soggiorno: € 3,00 a persona per notte, fino a un massimo di sette notti - da pagare obbligatoriamente in contanti all’arrivo.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review but I can not convince you that the apartment is lightly because it's your opinion. I completely disagree with you about the damp. This is completely untrue and many other guests have experienced and wrote into reviews the opposite. About the showers you didn't mention that you have thrown plastic into the toilet and both the bathroom went into problems. Both of them didn't work and so the showers. The funny things is we have written in each bathroom to not throw anything but the toilet paper into the toilet. The first plumber come to solve but he was not able because the problem was in the sanitrit because the plastic you throw. I want put your attention that when we gave the appartment to you everthing was working properly. We called the second specialized plumber and he solved the problem discovering that there was a plastic tissue that was blocking the sanitrit engine. The bill was 250 euro and I paid the bill without asking nothing to you despite your fault. You only mentioned the showers problems but not the fact that this was because of you. Just for your records we didn't use extra lights when we had the photo shoot.

Response from the owner I completely disagree with you. The apartment is the same you can see from the photos. And you can also open the windows and every oom has its own window. the dinner room has a window door with a lot of light. If the apartment was cold you should simply inform us. We have is covered after your departure that the heat system was turned off so this was what caused the problem. None before you had this kind of problem. I can confirm that the bathrooms have the shower handles with some problems in fact we are renewing all the bathrooms for the next season. Just for advice next time it's easier for you but also for the landlord to know your problems in order to give the landlord the possibility to solve them and to make your stay more comfortable.
