OVERVIEW
This spacious newly renovated apartment comfortably fits up to 4 adults+1 extra child. It features a lounge room, a dining area, 2BD (queen and 2 single beds), a modern bathroom with quality fittings and a 70 sq ft terrace for your relax!
DETAILS
The apartment is on the 1st floor (20 steps) in a small building of 4 apartments.
The modern eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need (utensils, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, double sink, washing machine). A nice wood bar counter offers space for food preparation and breakfast.
In the bright living room, there's a dining table (it can be extended) for your food gatherings and a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge where you can stretch out after your walks. If necessary, it can be converted into a bed which can accommodate one extra child.
The two bedrooms are very spacious with chest of drawers and wardrobes for storing your clothes. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its door window overview the terrace, while the second bedroom has two singles and gives on the main street, which is very quite as well. If you are traveling with babies, we provide a pack&play crib (on request).
The apartment has central heating and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge/dining room.
There is also a 70 meter square terrace, partly covered with a roof, where you can have dinner and relax with your friends.
PARKING
If you are planning to drive to the apt, there are FREE parking spots in the apt's street and in the streets nearby.
OTHER AMENITIES
You don't have to bring any sheets or towels. The rate includes linens.

Since last February the new tram passes close to our apartment. It goes from the airport, passing our place, towards the main train station to the centre. There is a tram every 4 minutes until late in the night.
