Charming, quiet apartment, total dimension 110 sq.meters, very spacious rooms, high ceilings.
Sited in a very good well-served area, close to city centre (Duomo 10-15 min walk, Campo Marte train station is at a few steps distance).
Car Parking space in private lot closed with gate is available in some periods of the year (please ask)
Two large double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds), living room with color TV, bathroom with shower, wash-machine.
Fully furnished (some pieces are antique), bed linen, towels, kitchen accessories included.
References of American residents can be provided upon request.
Bikes available upon request.
