Description

A one bedroom converted stable on a small equestrian centre. It is suitable for those who wish to bring their horse(s) or dogs with them. It's beautiful location is perfect for exploring the Sefton Coast.

Sited on South Moss Stud, Formby Equestrian is primarily an equine centre providing high class livery. Situated on 17 acres, the area is secure and the stables are a brick built American style barn. We have our own ponies, dogs, rabbits, Kune Kune pigs, a number of very happy chickens and ducks, a couple of sheep and their lambs sheep and Peaches our lamb, not to mention the wild life.

The fridge is left stocked for a continental breakfast. There is a microwave, hob and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding and towels are included.

A BBQ is available. There is outside seating.

Please note there is no fenced garden to this property so dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and children must be kept an eye on.

Getting around

We are 1.5 miles from Freshfields Station with trains every 15 mins to Southport and Liverpool . Busses with very good connections are just accross the bypass

Interaction with guest

Lesley and Peter live on site as does their Daughter Sarah and her children. We are always around to help with.......anything really.

Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the property as many animals free range.
Please keep animals off the furniture.
We ask that if pets are to be left alone in the cottage that they are crated or speak to Lesley.
Whilst we love having furry friends visit and accept that accidents happen we reserve the right to request additional cleaning fees if appropriate.

“Great for dogs and walks”

Brilliant for dog to get use to farm animals, outside patio doors horses, pigs, sheep, ducks and chicken's. Accommodation nice and clean.

How do damage deposits work?
