Description

Number 58 is a perfect holiday getaway on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Sleeping up to five people, this two bedroom self-catering semi-detached bungalow based at Brambles Chine, West Wight is just minutes from the ferry terminal in nearby Yarmouth and only yards from the sea.

Located on a quiet green within the Brambles Chine site; Number 58 is just 3 minutes' walk to the beach at Colwell Bay, accessed via the site's private slipway and ample parking is offered behind the bungalow.

Our accommodation has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Featuring a large open plan living and dining area plus a double bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds and pull out bed. Our well equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower above. With double glazing throughout and central heating, number 58 is a cosy home from home.

Number 58 is an excellent base for exploring the Island and is ideal for access the Isle of Wight coastal footpath. There is plenty to visit with Yarmouth, Totland, The Needles Park, Freshwater Bay and Fort Victoria on the doorstep.

“Will book again.”

I cannot thank Paul, the owner, enough. The accommodation was exactly what we were after. It is clean and well kept, with everything a family could ask for. My wife and I stayed for a week with our 7 year old and 5 year old twins and had a lovely time. Upon arrival we found tea, coffee, milk and even some biscuits as well as an information pack. The cottage was immaculately clean and we could find no fault. There were towels provided in the bathroom and all required pots, pans, utensils and crockery in the kitchen. There is also a nice patio set to use and my wife and I spent a few hours every evening, just sat outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The addition of a washing machine and iron is a great help and we returned home without a pile of dirty clothes as a result. Paul was available if needed but we had no need to contact him. I cannot recommend this location enough, everywhere on the island is within reach in good time, there is a little shop on site and there is a play park also. The beach is no more than 5 minutes walk away. Although we did not use them, there are also free bus passes provided. My wife and I will certainly be booking to stay again. Thank you.

Highly recommend this lovely bungalow. We stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very peaceful location and so near the beach. We are regular visitors to the island , and although we have not stayed here before we hope to return.

“Fantastic little bungalow in a Wonderful part of the Isle”

A fantastic little bungalow thoroughly enjoyed by our little family of 4; kids loved the bunk beds!! A nice little selection of DVDs ideal for evenings once the little ones were in bed. Paul, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful prior to arrival, with milk provided in the fridge on arrival as a lovely little bonus. The addition of free to use bus passes were also a great little extra; used for a trip up to Alum Bay. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
