This luxurious detached property is located 1 mile from Frodsham in Cheshire and sleeps eight people in three bedrooms. Please note, six adults can be accomodated with two further z-beds suitable for children (up to 11 years) available on request. This beautiful detached cottage is situated one mile from the town of Frodsham and just eleven miles from Chester in Cheshire. The cottage sleeps eight people in three double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and there are two z-beds available on request. Both of the first floor double bedrooms have en-suites and there is also a ground floor shower room. The accommodation is completed with an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. This is a delightful cottage set in a convenient location both for exploring Chester and the rolling countryside. PLEASE NOTE: This property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children under 12 as two of the beds are children's beds and not suitable for use by adults. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond £250.00.Note: This property can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children up to 11 years (with a maximum of two children).

The town, which was mentioned in the Doomesday Book, has a thriving centre which enjoys a weekly market on the high street, along with numerous specialist shops, popular pubs and wine bars. Just outside the Bears Paw pub in the centre of Frodsham marks the start of the Sandstone Trail.
