Newly modernised self catering apartment with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and ironing facilities.The spacious lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and television. Both double bedrooms have large wardrobes, reading lamps and hairdryer. The modern bathroom has bathing and shower facilities. All bedding and towels provided. Close to town centre.

Lea Road train station is a ten minute walk away with direct routes to Lincoln, Sheffield, Doncaster and Retford for connections to London. A local Stagecoach bus service (100 route) connects Lincoln, Gainsborough and Scunthorpe with an hourly service during the day. By car there is easy access to the A1, M180, M18 and M1.

Lovely place to stay and incredibly clean. Couldn't fault it at all. Angela was incredibly speedy in her responses and would highly recommend this flat.

“Beautiful apartment and well equipped kitchen”

We stayed for 5 days at this apartment and are very pleased with it. Angela met us to drop the keys to us and showed us around the apartment. It was a good base for travelling around to visit our family in Worksop which was 20 miles away. The fish and chips by the pub on the roundabout is one of the best we have had on our travels. Tesco just 2 minutes drive away is very conveniet too. We would highly recommend the apartment. Thank you Angela for setting this little gem up.
