AGRITURISMO IL PINO si trova nel cuore delle verdi colline toscane, nel bel mezzo di vigneti e oliveti che riflettono l’originalità e la bellezza della Toscana. Posizionato nella zona del Chianti classico, l’AGRITURISMO IL PINO è esattamente al centro di un triangolo della campagna Toscana formato dalle città di Firenze, Siena e Pisa, che distano da noi rispettivamente 50 km (Firenze e Siena) e 60 km (Pisa). Nelle immediate vicinanze c’è il piccolo paese di Gambassi Terme (5 km) da dove passa la rinomata Via Francigena.
Inoltre nei dintorni puoi visitare anche i paesi di San Gimignano (20 km), Volterra (35 km), Certaldo (10 km), Montaione (12 km) Monteriggioni (35 km).
Se vuoi, in poco più di un ora di auto, puoi raggiungere anche il bellissimo mare della nostra Costa Tirrenica.
In antichità la struttura dell’Agriturismo il PINO era una vecchia capanna in stile tipico toscano, che è stata poi completamente ristrutturata e rinnovata, mantenendo i canoni di costruzione originali, e nell’anno 2004 è stato aperto il complesso di Casa Vacanze AGRITURISMO IL PINO formato da 3 appartamenti vacanze con piscina privata, ad utilizzo esclusivo degli ospiti degli appartamenti vacanza, e parcheggio privato esterno (1 posto auto per ogni appartamento).

Questo appartamento di 65 m2 in tipico stile toscano con travi in legno a vista, può ospitare comodamente fino a 5 persone, ed è composto da:
- ampia cucina-sala da pranzo
- bagno con doccia
- camera con letto matrimoniale
- ampia camera con 2 o 3 letti singoli
- spazio privato di giardino davanti l’appartamento, attrezzato con barbecue privato, tavolo e sedie ed ombrellone per poter mangiare fuori o rilassarsi leggendo un libro o bevendo un buon bicchiere di vino toscano.
- Le finestre della cucina e di una camera si affacciano sulla piscina e sul bellissimo panorama della campagna toscana
Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di TV satellitare a schermo piatto, con cucina attrezzata di tutte le stoviglie necessarie per cucinare
Ogni famiglia che alloggia nei nostri 3 appartamenti, avrà un proprio spazio privato preassegnato in zona piscina con sdraie ed ombrellone.
Forniamo gratuitamente tutta la biancheria per la casa, per il bagno e per le camere (cambio settimanale). Non è incluso l’asciugamano da mare.
Inoltre in tutta la struttura dell’AGRITURISMO IL PINO avrete a disposizione la Wi-Fi gratuitamente.
A circa 5/10 Km di distanza dall’Agriturismo potrete facilmente trovare vari supermercati (COOP, PENNY, LIDL, DPIU’, EUROSPIN).
All’interno della nostra Reception potete acquistare Vino, Olio di Oliva, Vinsanto e uova di produzione propria della nostra azienda agricola. La Reception è aperta 24h (senza personale) e potete acquistare questi prodotti in qualsiasi momento del giorno o della notte in self-service.
Presso la Reception mettiamo a disposizione di tutti i nostri ospiti una lavatrice per il vostro bucato. Ogni lavaggio ha il costo di 3 €. Il detersivo lo trovate accanto alla lavatrice. Potete far asciugare il vostro bucato usando lo stendibiancheria del vostro appartamento. Un ferro da stiro lo trovate a vostra disposizione nella reception.
Nel prezzo degli appartamenti sono incluse spese di elettricità, di acqua, fornitura di biancheria per i letti e per il bagno (con cambio settimanale), utilizzo della piscina (unicamente riservato ai clienti del nostro Agriturismo), wi-fi gratuito e pulizia finale dell'appartamento.
ATTENZIONE: Nel prezzo non é inclusa nel prezzo la Tassa di soggiorno di € 9 per soggiorno o € 1,50 per notte (per un massimo di 6 notti) per ogni persona con età superiore ai 14 anni. La Tassa di soggiorno deve essere pagata SOLAMENTE IN CONTANTI all'arrivo all'Agriturismo.
Inoltre, non sono incluse eventuali spese di riscaldamento. In caso di utilizzo del riscaldamento, il costo sarà calcolato secondo il consumo e dovrà essere pagato sul posto.
