A lovely, single-storey lodge on a 28-acre fishing farm near Sheepwash, Devon sleeping four people in two bedrooms.Chaffinch Lodge is a lovely lodge resting on a 28-acre fishery in Highampton, near Sheepwash, in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, private decking with furniture and a 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks, an unfenced wildlife pond and a picnic area. Chaffinch Lodge is an ideal holiday base for keen anglers and those seeking to explore this area of Devon.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks and unfenced wildlife pond with picnic area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 1.2 mile. Note: Although ground floor, there are three steps to the front door. Note: Fishing charges will apply and some bait will be for sale, please contact owner for details. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when on the fishery and due to unfenced lakes, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
