A lovely, single-storey lodge on a 28-acre fishing farm near Sheepwash, Devon sleeping four people in two bedrooms.Chaffinch Lodge is a lovely lodge resting on a 28-acre fishery in Highampton, near Sheepwash, in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, private decking with furniture and a 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks, an unfenced wildlife pond and a picnic area. Chaffinch Lodge is an ideal holiday base for keen anglers and those seeking to explore this area of Devon.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks and unfenced wildlife pond with picnic area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 1.2 mile. Note: Although ground floor, there are three steps to the front door. Note: Fishing charges will apply and some bait will be for sale, please contact owner for details.
