This beautifully furnished and comfortable home, hidden away in the centre of Henley, is unique in offering a secluded spot.
Down it's own leafy lane, the house has all creature comforts yet still maintains many of its' original features. The cottage is a private wing of a detached house, and has it's own secluded courtyard garden and parking.
With 2 large bedrooms upstairs (one with a 6ft super-king bed, the other with a 5ft king-size bed that can split into 2 singles) and a tucked away small downstairs bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower, this character home can sleep 6.
The main family bathroom upstairs has a roll-top bath and a large, separate walk in shower.
The traditional kitchen features a 3 oven range cooker, a double butler sink and is fully equipped with all modern needs; fridge, freezer, microwave, blender, washer dryer and dishwasher. The separate dining room seats 6 people and opens out onto a pretty courtyard..ideal for entertaining.
The unique location means you can enjoy complete peace right in the middle of the town - but you also don't need to worry about being noisy!
What's in the price??
Exclusive use of the 3 bedroomed Victorian wing and it's courtyard, free and private parking for 2 cars (cars, not SUVs, MPVs or vans) a location that is hard to beat only minutes walk from the River and the Town Square.
You do not need to bring the kitchen sink with you.....
We provide freshly pressed quality bed linens, bath towels, tea-towels, bathroom soaps, shampoos and conditioners. A kitchen stocked with every pot, pan and serving dish you could need to entertain as well as many household sundries one usually has to buy when booking a self catering let.
We do allow children, but it's best to ask us first about ages as the house has some steps between each room; the cottage might not be ideal for toddlers or for the elderly. Anyone with mobility issues should enquire first so that we can discuss suitability.

“Lovely hideaway in central Henley”
We stayed at Amanda’s cottage for 2 nights with family and friends, whilst visiting Henley for a family event. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous. Really well appointed with everything you could ask for. The decor and furnishings feel luxurious but homely so you can properly relax. Amanda has thought of everything with hair dryers in each bedroom, blankets to snuggle up with either out on the patio or on the sofa, toiletries like shower gel etc and there are lovely Victorian features. The cottage is close enough to Henley to walk in and out but is down a little track making it a totally peaceful get away. Amanda was incredibly helpful with frequent communication leading up to our stay and lots of knowledge and suggestions for the local area.
