Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, Rose Cottage is near to the centre of Hook Norton within a short walk of the shop, Post Office, Victorian brewery and pubs.
It is an ideal base for exploring the Cotswold towns and villages as well as visiting Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon, Blenheim Palace is 20 minutes drive from the cottage.
For those requiring retail therapy the designer outlet Bicester Village is a 25 minute drive from the cottage.

“Just Perfect”
Having lived & worked in the Cotswolds, I am always happy to return. Such a tranquil place & Rose Cottage did not disappoint. A quaint cottage with all the things you need; with adequate access to the Cotswold towns. It was a complete bonus to have a wood burner; which I’m a sucker for!, with village shop & a choice of pubs to choose from. The fact that the cottage is pet friendly is great & we will definitely be returning; hopefully with the cottage being available for our chosen date. Can’t wait to go back!
