This semi-detached cottage in Lincombe near Ilfracombe sleeps five people in two bedrooms.Stable Cottage is a semi-detached cottage in Lincombe near Ilfracombe. The cottage has a double room and a family room with adult bunks and a single bed. There is a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is a shared enclosed garden with furniture and a shared games room with pool table, table tennis, table football and darts. Stable Cottage is within easy reach of the village pub and a sandy beach, with Ilfracombe and the rest of this stretch of coastline within easy reach. Please be aware - this property does not supply any towels or bed linens and you would need to bring your own.

Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, video, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs, videos and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot, highchair, stairgate and baby bath on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared rear lawned enclosed garden with patio, furniture, games, trampoline and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Newspapers and grocery deliveries can be arranged by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: No hen, stag or similar. Great accommodation Kathy was fantastic very good person. The garden is very nice and a great games room, there are some fantastic walks and great pubs that are dog friendly.
