This first floor apartment in Lincombe near Ilfracombe sleeps four people.Whitestone is a first floor apartment in Lincombe near Ilfracombe. The all first floor apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed. Outside is a shared garden with furniture and a shared games room with pool table, darts, table football and table tennis. Whitestone is within easy reach of the village pub and a sandy beach, whilst Ilfracombe and the rest of this stretch of coastline is close by. Please be aware - this property does not supply any towels or bed linens and you would need to bring your own.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine in laundry room, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and baby bath on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared rear lawned garden with patio, furniture, games, trampoline and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Newspapers and grocery deliveries can be arranged by prior arrangement with the owner. The villages of Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly, and the town of Hartland, plus many walking routes are all close by. Ilfracombe is an ideal at any time of year.

“Accommodation”
This was not what we expected just converted room their was no heating or hot water as it was being fixed lol we asked to change or accommodation but was refused the owner was not help full we were to… More

Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you did not have the stay you had hoped for. I can see from our records that the owner contacted us on the night of your arrival as you had complained about the water and heating and said you would be leaving. However, the owner found that the bath had been used and that the property was at 24°C after your departure and felt that they had not been given any opportunity to assist further. I am sorry that you were not happy with the outcome of your complaint but we are unable to force a refund from the owner on this occasion.
